paint your nails really cute– when the polish dries take a thin sharpie and draw stuff on it, it looks really cool, people are always commenting on my nails when I do that (it’s unique b/c even if you get copied, no one will have the exact same design as you) It rubs off pretty quick, so you can switch up your designs anytime you want and the sharpie comes off with nail polish remaover, just don’t write directly on your nail/ fingers

firstly, there’s a sally hanson nail biter you could use.
also, you could try just a plain clear coat.

you will eventually get over the nasty taste of the clear polish. I did. if you want nice nails but also can’t stop biting nails then focus on one nail. I usually bite my left pointer finger when I bite.

TRUST ME ON THIS…IT WORKS..!! dip your fingers into an extremely spicy sauce (any sauce), garlic, or rub chilly around your nail area..i did that and it taught me not to go near them..the tase was so revolting that bit by bit it drove me away and the habit dissappears..takes about a week to work

get some clearn nail hardener.
only thing that works for me!
also, chew gum
