Don’t stop. I bite my fingernails for soon 18 years and I don’t need manicure, so I even save money. ***** don’t need long nails, anyway.

There are liquids avaiable that cannot be seen or felt when applied. They have a very unpleasant, hot, bitter taste. Some are designed to stop nail biting and others to stop toddlers from thumb *******. Check at your pharmacy.
Is there something you might substitute such as chewing gum or hard candy?
Observe and become aware as to when you bite your nails and try doodling or substituting some other activity. Keep busy.

there is a nail polish that you can put on if you go to bite your nails u get a vile taste and stop doing it
