either buy the bad-tasting nail polish or keep a band around your wrist and every time you catch yourself biting them or wanting to, snap it on the inside of ya wrist. i know it sounds like a weird self-mutilation thing but it’s not. it’s just so that it gives ya some negative association to it so at least then you can prevent it eventually.

im trying to stop that asweel.lol

– be detemined not to – look at pictures of nice long nails – and tel yourself thats what you want

try to always do something – (never be in the poistion…….im bored..i know let me just pick this bit off)

try using a nail oil to apply everyday – that will help them grow – and heal picked/bitten skin around it
